My role focuses on keeping the business running efficiently behind the scenes so our teams can focus on helping clients secure their homes. From IT systems and suppliers to payroll, compliance and onboarding, I make sure everything is in place to support a smooth client journey.

I enjoy knowing that the systems and processes I manage play a key role in enabling advisers and teams to deliver great outcomes - helping clients move into homes that support their lives and goals.
