A bit about Tilly…

As a Team Co-ordinator, I support and mentor the Qualifying team to help clients feel confident and well looked after from their very first conversation with us. I enjoy coaching team members and supporting new starters, knowing this directly impacts the quality of experience our clients receive.

Staying hands-on with qualifications and progressing cases allows me to stay close to the client journey. Helping clients move from first enquiry to reserving their future home is the most rewarding part of my role.
