REFER A FRIEND SCHEME

Referrer = existing customer who refers friends or family 
Referee = the referred friend or family member

1. Existing James Leighton Financial Services clients can not be included as Referees and any referrals where the client already exists in our database will not qualify for the incentive.
2. The cash amount will be given to both the Referrer and the person they referred when the Referee completes on a new mortgage, remortgage, product transfer or when taking out any protection services that have been arranged through James Leighton Financial Services.
3. Maximum pay-out per Referrer and Referee pairing is £50 each/£100 total.
4. Once a new Referee's mortgage or protection plan has completed, a payment (£50 cash) will be made to both the Referrer and the Referee.
5. Home insurance referrals are not included in the scheme.
6. In the event of a referral being received from difference sources, the reward will go to whichever referral was received first.
7. The scheme ends 30th June 2024.
8. Only available for over 18s.
9. UK Residents only.
10. A referral must be received to referafriend@jlfs.co.uk, or by phone to 0115 870 9520, and by quoting RAFJUN24, on or before 30th June 2024. Any referral received on or after the 1st July 2024 will not be eligible for the incentive.
11. Mortgage completion must be finalised by 30th June 2025.
12. Mortgage referral payments will be made to both parties once we have receipt of the procuration fee from the lender.
13. Protection must be on risk by 30th June 2025.
14. The Protection referral fee will be paid to both parties 3 months into the Referee's plan.
15. Maximum number of referrals from one Referrer is 2 per calendar year.
16. Maximum total payment of £100 per Referrer.
17. The Referrer must have received the customer referral flyer by email to be eligible for this incentive.
18. To be included in the incentive, the Referee must contact James Leighton Financial Services by either email referafriend@jlfs.co.uk or telephone call to 0115 870 9520 quoting RAFJUN24.
19. James Leighton Financial Services reserve the right to end the incentive at any time.
20. James Leighton Financial Services decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into.
