A bit about Sophie…

As Mortgage Operations Manager, I help keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes so advisers can focus on what they do best - helping clients secure the right mortgage for their home. I take pride in keeping processes organised, efficient and on track, knowing that every detail plays a part in getting clients to completion.

From managing daily workflows to overseeing pipeline meetings and liaising with builders, my focus is always on supporting the team and removing obstacles. I love knowing that the work we do day to day helps clients move one step closer to their new home.
