A bit about Sharon…

With nearly 3 decades of experience in the financial services industry, Sharon brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.  Sharon's journey in the finance sector began at the Nationwide Building Society, where she dedicated 15 years of her career. During her time there, she worked in various areas within the branch and had the opportunity to be part of the Area Management Team. This diverse experience allowed Sharon to gain a deep understanding of the inner workings of financial services, and develop a well-rounded skill set.

Her meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills make her an indispensable asset to the company, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. With a background firmly rooted in customer service, Sharon's passion lies in helping people achieve their potential, and she is proud to be a part of a company that strives to make their clients’ dreams a reality.

As the Commercial Director and part owner of James Leighton, Sharon plays a vital role in driving the company's success. Her extensive industry experience, coupled with her unwavering dedication, make her a key contributor to the organisation's growth and continued excellence in customer service.

In her free time, Sharon enjoys spending quality time with her family, watching her beloved Nottingham Forest, and walking her French Bulldog, Dougie.
