With over 20 years' experience in financial services, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my role as Director of Operations. Since joining James Leighton in 2014, I've played a key role in supporting the growth of the business and ensuring our teams consistently deliver an exceptional experience for our clients.

I have a keen eye for detail and am passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. My focus is on continually improving our processes, supporting our teams and ensuring every client receives the high standard of service they deserve.
