With nearly 2 decades in the financial services sector, Michelle brings a wealth of experience to her role as Director of Operations. Her career at James Leighton began in January 2014, and since then, she has been a driving force behind the exceptional success of the Mortgage Advice, Protection Advice, and Case Management departments.

Michelle's commitment to her role is evident through her keen eye for detail and unwavering focus on customer service. Her primary goal is to ensure that every client receives the highest level of support and advice, tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.
