A bit about Laycee…
In my role as Supervisor, I support the Qualifying team in staying organised and aligned so that clients receive a smooth and reassuring start to their home-buying journey. I take pride in making sure every detail is covered and that clients feel supported from their very first interaction with us.
Continuing to work closely with qualifications and case progression also keeps me connected to the client journey. Being part of the process that helps clients move one step closer to their new home is what makes the role so rewarding.
