A bit about Jack…

In my role as Manager, I support the Qualifying team to ensure clients receive a smooth, timely start to their mortgage journey. I enjoy keeping everything organised and on track, knowing that strong early foundations are key to helping clients secure their new home.

Alongside reporting and coordination, I mentor team members and remain hands-on with client qualifications. Supporting both colleagues and clients - and seeing reservations turn into real homes - is what motivates me day to day.
