A bit about Emily…

As Head of Case Management, my role is centred on making sure every client feels supported, informed and confident as they move towards buying or remortgaging their home. I’m passionate about delivering an outstanding experience from initial contact through to completion, helping turn what can feel like a stressful process into an exciting step towards a new home.

Alongside supporting clients, I work closely with our developer partners and with Sophie and Chloe to lead the Case Management team, ensuring cases progress smoothly and efficiently. Seeing clients get the keys to their new home is what makes the role so rewarding.
