In her role of Head of Case Management, Emily’s primary focus is ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service to clients throughout the process of purchasing and remortgaging their homes. Her dedication extends beyond clients, as she also assists in building and maintaining relationships with developers, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the entire process.
