A bit about Craig…

With over 25 years' experience in financial services, I have built my career as both a mortgage adviser and compliance manager, giving me a comprehensive understanding of the industry and the regulatory standards that underpin it.

As Head of Compliance and Client Relations, I ensure James Leighton continues to meet the highest standards of compliance while overseeing our client relations function - supporting clients, resolving complex issues and ensuring complaints are handled fairly and efficiently. I work closely with our network, Quilter, and play a key role in recruiting, onboarding and developing our advisers through training, coaching and ongoing support. In addition, I deliver training and guidance to our business partners, helping to share best practice across the wider industry.

I am passionate about developing people, maintaining the highest standards of advice and ensuring every client receives the exceptional service and support they deserve.
