As Senior Qualifier & Mentor, I combine technical expertise with hands-on client work, supporting both new build and resale buyers as they take their first steps towards a new home. I enjoy helping clients understand their options and ensuring qualifications are accurate, compliant and progressed efficiently.

Mentoring and supporting the team is a key part of my role, helping build confidence and consistency so clients receive the best possible experience. Helping people turn aspirations into a place they can call home is what drives me.
