A bit about Sarah…
My career in financial services began after leaving university, starting in mortgages before moving into wealth. This broad experience has given me a strong understanding of the business and allows me to support a wide range of functions across James Leighton.
As Head of Commercial, I lead our Commercial department, which encompasses HR, payroll, business reporting and process development. I focus on continually improving the way we work, supporting our people and ensuring we deliver the highest standards of service to both our clients and colleagues.
