A bit about Iwan…

With over 20 years' experience in financial services, I bring a wealth of industry knowledge and operational expertise to my role as Director of Channel Integration.

I am responsible for ensuring our departments work seamlessly together, continually improving processes, driving operational efficiency and supporting the delivery of an outstanding client experience. I also oversee our business-to-business relationships, working closely with our partners to understand their needs, strengthen long-term relationships and ensure we consistently deliver the high standards James Leighton is known for.

I am passionate about building strong partnerships, improving the way we work and helping the business continue to grow while always putting our clients first.
