A bit about Victoria…

Starting with us in 2019 with no prior industry experience, Victoria has impressively worked her way up within the company. Victoria's dedication and hard work have led her to the positions of Team Manager, and her current position as Head of Telemarketing.

One of the most significant lessons Victoria has learned is to look at ‘the bigger picture’ and truly listen to clients' needs. She understands the importance of offering reassurance, finding solutions, and celebrating successful mortgage applications. Victoria is a strong advocate for building a successful team through shared goals. She places great value on the skills and contributions of each team member, recognising that a cohesive and harmonious environment is crucial.  Victoria's commitment to client satisfaction, and her ability to create a positive work environment make her an invaluable member of our company. Her determination to continually grow and her unwavering dedication to both clients and team members contribute significantly to James Leighton’s ongoing success.
